    Responsibilities

    • The Customer Care Specialist (CCS) is responsible for selling to new and existing customers within the assigned call plan. Position is focused on generating incremental business within existing accounts, prospecting/selling to new accounts and developing relationships over the phone. CCS may also work in partnership with the field territory account manager. Our customers are the dentist, hygienists, office staff who use and prescribe OraPharma, Inc. products. CSS will be eligible for quarterly incentives based on metrics put in place by Bausch Health/OraPharma.

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • Competitive spirit and willingness to work hard to obtain fast start career success
      • Demonstrated excellence in all forms of communication; verbal, written and presentation skills
      • Openness to receiving feedback and coaching related to sales call execution and professional presence
      • High degree of self-motivation, self-confidence and assertiveness
      • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of business applications
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships
