    The Manager/Sr. Manager, Commercial Analytics will be reporting to the Commercial Analytics Lead in supporting business units at Bausch Health. This role will be responsible for Performance Reporting and Advanced Analytics in diagnosing and answering critical business questions.  This person will be helping his/her manager to provide business stakeholders insights-driven and decision support analytics. The person needs to be able to collaborate with the business to prioritize the analytics activities around the key strategies and priorities of a diverse product portfolio of both inline and pipeline brands.  This person must be curious in nature and comfortable in operating in a fast paced changing “startup” type environment.  This role will have high interaction and visibility to the brand directors and Support Functions such as Sales Operations and Finance. 

    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrate proactive curiosity identifying business opportunities and risks through data and analytics.
    • Build and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders built on trust, transparency and communication across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations
    • Establish standard weekly and monthly performance and execution KPI reporting and analytics for different BU.
    • Support business in addressing critical business questions through analytics projects that include but are not limited to secondary data analytics, resource allocation, optimization, targeting & segmentation, and copay analytics
    • Coordinate closely across Forecasting, Market Research, Payer Analytics and Sales Operations to promote alignment of activities, information sharing, and efficient ways of working.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree in Economics/Statistics preferred
    • 2 -5 years of experience in analytics and data assessment
    • Ability to communicate clearly
    • Pharma experience preferred but not required.
    • Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical + reporting tools

    The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate and collaborate.  This candidate will also have demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work in complex, rapidly changing & ambiguous environment.

    • Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical industry and performance management.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence others; Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
    • Refined communication/presentation skills, an ability to work well up and down the command chain internally and externally
    • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
